STATPAK 150

This range of static compactors with their high RAM face pressures have been designed for applications involving waste which is difficult to compact.

• Materials such as cardboard and other types of packaging are ideally suited to these machines, available with open top or enclosed hoppers for manual loading
• Connected to an online extraction system, this is capable of handling production waste from carton manufacturers whilst still achieving high container payloads

STATPAK 175

This range of static compactors have been developed for use in supermarkets and other such industrial sites where waste can be of a varied nature.

• Available with open top or enclosed hoppers for manual loading
• Side or rear binlifts available, suitable for 660 & 1100ltr eurocarts or to the customers own requirements

STATPAK 200

This versatile range of static compactors with their high throughput capabilities are ideal machines for servicing shopping malls, superstores and industrial applications where high volumes of waste are being generated.

• Widely used for waste paper processing, once connected to an automatic waste extraction system, there are few applications where a 200 would not be suitable
• Available with open top or enclosed hoppers for manual loading
• Side or rear binlifts available, suitable for either the standard range of wheelie bin or to the customer’s own requirements

STATPAK 220

These static compactors are suitable for compacting all types of general waste. With their high compaction force of up to 48 tons and large charge box capable of receiving pallet sized waste, they're able to cope with most industrial waste applications.

• Available with open top or enclosed hoppers for manual loading
• Side or rear binlifts available, suitable for 660 & 1100ltr eurocarts. Other applications can also be incorporated subject to the customers requirements

STATPAK 400 & 500

The Statpak 400 and 500 are machines which lend themselves to many types of waste compaction, have been particularly designed for situations where bulky items are required to be compacted.

• The high degree of blade penetration into the container, combined with the optional header bar waste retainers has virtually eliminated fall back
• The larger loading apperture together with the compactor charge box make it possible for direct tipping of skips and small containers
• Both units are also suitable for use with compaction containers up to 50 CU YDs
• Specification includes:
• Full range of hoppers to suit all applications

Standard specifications for the above listed include:

• Automatic pinning off by means of flaps built into the blade
• Modulated plug in control panel, fully vandal proofed
